It is your
responsibility to ensure we receive your original
film or videos, if you are sending valuable
originals we strongly recommend you send them via Registered Post.
Please make sure they are clearly addressed and packaged correctly
to prevent damage. A strong cardboard box
is recommended over soft packs. Video Duplication
& Conversion Services takes no responsibility
for videos/films incorrectly addressed or badly
packaged.
If there are any
problems with the condition of the originals when we
receive them we will contact you.

All completed jobs are shipped back to you via
Registered Post to ensure delivery and pickup (unless prearranged with us). For convenience, we have
a fixed Registered Post price
for each state.
Registered Post includes $100 insurance.
